Role: IT Support Technician - 2nd Line Support
Reporting to: Corporate IT Project ManagerPurpose of RoleTo assist and support the Corporate IT Team with the delivery of centralised IT systems to Dorchester Collection hotels globally. To assist in the delivery and management of a number of systems and applications used to support Dorchester Collection employees.
Scope of RoleThe successful candidate will be an important member of our IT team, working in an environment in which development will be encouraged. Full training will also be provided in aspects of the role including administration of Front Office systems; use of administration and monitoring tools; infrastructure and user support.
