Role Revenue Analyst
Reporting to Corporate Director of Revenue Management
This is a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave and once it ends there is no further obligation to offer or maintain continued employment with Dorchester Collection or its hotels within.
Purpose of Role
To assist Corporate Director of Revenue Management in leading and inspiring robust revenue management practises within the business. Responsible for setting and ensuring that hotels follow the companies bespoke revenue management standards. In rooms revenue, support hotels to achieve either 1st or 2nd position for RevPAR in their respective comp sets. To seek-out and capitalise on revenue management opportunities in all other areas of the business. To be mindful and up-to-date on all cross-industry advances in this field and to make sure Dorchester Collection is seen as an industry leader in revenue management.
Scope of Role
Assist CDRM to develop revenue management concepts and lead revenue management practises
Challenge and influence hotels to follow best practises
Find new revenue opportunities
Assist CDRM to prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports that inform Sales & Marketing strategy
Develop relationships with 3rd party vendors
Build and maintain strong working relationships
Work in liaison with sales initiatives as part of a team
Travel as needed to each hotel or on other related project work
Take part in regular presentations and agree to public speaking engagements where appropriate
Embed a revenue management culture
