Chef's Table

Nestled in the heart of The Dorchester’s kitchens behind a cutting-edge liquid crystal glass wall, the chef’s table strikes the perfect balance between a hidden enclave for private parties, and the chance for guests to participate in one of the most highly regarded kitchens in London.

This stylish private dining room seats up to 12 guests on deep-red leather chairs arranged around a specially commissioned glass table, a generous size conducive to a vibrant atmosphere while remaining small enough to be tucked away behind the scenes ‘back of house’.

The chef’s table pays homage to the heritage, elegance and subtlety that are a common thread of The Dorchester's ethos. The menus are personally prepared by executive chef Henry Brosi, who is on hand to discuss the philosophy and preparation of the meal.

Whether it be a three-course lunch or a ten-course tasting menu, chef Henry will select wines to match and introduce each menu with multisensory theatre such as demonstrating the effect smell has on taste.

In addition to private dining, Henry Brosi offers a calendar of culinary master classes at chef’s table at The Dorchester.

Reservations are recommended to be made at least two weeks in advance, and depend on the availability of The Dorchester’s executive chef, Henry Brosi.
