Sensing Spaces: Architecture Reimagined

25 January 2014 - 06 April 2014
An interactive new exhibition, Sensing Spaces will be held in the Main Galleries of the Royal Academy and is set to explore how space and architecture affects us in our everyday lives.

A handful of the most visionary and creative contemporary architectural minds have been selected for collaboration on this project, which seeks to challenge and investigate human responses to the built environment. Visitors will be encouraged to walk through and interact with the exhibition’s various structures, textures, scents, lighting, and colour and consider how each of these multi-sensory variables can change their mood and perspective. Anticipated as one of the leading exhibitions of 2014, Sensing Spaces is not to be missed.
