Dean Fearing Joins Wolfgang Puck

For one night only, Dean Fearing, chef and founder of the award-winning Fearing’s restaurant in Texas, joins his mentor and long-time friend Wolfgang Puck, for an evening of culinary delights.

Having both released new books, this collaboration is a celebration of their success. Together the chefs have created a bespoke menu, which can only be enjoyed at this one-off event.

Author of The Texas Food Bible, Dean Fearing is renowned for his ‘Elevated American Cuisine – Bold Flavors, No Borders’.
