Executive Chef Justin Bogle and his team of epicurean elite create inspiring 3 and 5-course prix fixe menus, in addition to a grand 7-course tasting menu, paired with an extraordinary wine collection.
GILT boldly complements the gilded walls and vaulted ceilings of the original nineteenth century décor with a revolutionary and futuristic interior design concept of French architect, Patrick Jouin.
The landmark Madison Avenue space is the perfect stage for Executive Chef Justin Bogle's show-stopping menu featuring innovative dishes such as Tandori Spiced Black with Roasted Eggplant and Toasted Coconut and Niman Ranch Strip Loin accompanied by Potato Terrine, Morels, and Spring Garlic.
