Roland Fasel
Roland Fasel is General Manager of The Dorchester and leads the team of approximately 600 staff that maintain The Dorchester's reputation as one of the world's iconic hotels. Mr Fasel joined The Dorchester from the InterContinental London Park Lane where he was General Manager for 4 years. During his 23 year career, he has worked at some of the most prestigious properties in the world including Badrutt’s Palace Hotel in St. Moritz. Mr Fasel is also UK Regional Director for the Dorchester Collection, overseeing two new additions to Dorchester Collection's portfolio of properties; Coworth Park and 45 Park Lane.
