Having made the most of spending precious time with their families during lockdown, our general managers and their teams are keen to open their hotel doors, and are busy preparing to welcome back our loyal guests and friends from around the world.
In order to protect you and ensure you feel safe, we’re very aware that new rules and restrictions will apply. While we get back to normal, I want to reassure you that we’re doing everything we can to safeguard you.
While it’s not possible to know the answers to all your questions at the moment, here are some of the safety measures we’re currently putting in place during the current COVID-19 crisis.
