COWORTH PARK

Coworth Park grounds

Leave the hustle and bustle of busy life behind and immerse yourself in the pastoral tranquillity of our picturesque parkland.

Our 240 acres give you plenty of space to unwind and relax in, and for the more adventurous there are plenty of activities to take part in.

Edible garden

Our executive chef Adam Smith is understandably proud of his kitchen garden. Having fresh ingredients literally on his doorstep gives him an abundance of freshly-picked, local ingredients for his delicious seasonal dishes. He loves that diners discover the beauty they witness on arrival recalled on their plate.

Magnificent meadow

Our summer meadow is the first view to greet you on your drive up to the mansion house and is a memorable sight to behold. It’s filled with a vibrant array of traditional English country flowers. Cornflowers, poppies and red campions create a colourful display. Wander through and enjoy at your leisure.

Garden delights

We have so many delightful areas to explore that even our own head of gardens, Terri Crow, can’t decide on her favourite place. Some days it’s the scenic rose garden and gazebo, other days it’s the shady lime grove or the estate’s original sunken garden. Local artist Carol Peace’s beautiful bronze statues are also well worth looking out for.

Lakeside living

A walk to the outer edge of the estate rewards you with the discovery of our tranquil lake, which is home to our resident swan named Chukka, inspired by the polo fields he overlooks. This is a place of true serenity in which to enjoy a relaxed moment of calm.

All things equestrian

Home to eight friendly horses, our equestrian centre welcomes both beginners and seasoned riders. Take a leisurely hack around the grounds, head off for a canter or try your hand at dressage ─ the choice is yours.
