Named after our rue de Rivoli address and no less iconic, Bar 228 is an inviting spot for cocktails, fine wines, spirits and live jazz. Filled with inviting armchairs, soft lighting and dressed in deep wood, it’s no wonder many of our guests linger long into the night.

Where to begin when describing Le Bar? This Parisian hotspot exudes style, glamour and effortless cool, from the swirling vivid blue ceiling to the ice-like transparent counter, cut from a single piece of resin. But beyond the décor you’ll find a proud passion for exceptional cocktails and Dom Pérignon champagne, all served against a carefully curated music soundtrack.
My favourite cocktail to serve our guests is the Boulevardier. A subtle twist on the classic Negroni and the traditional Old Fashioned, it’s made with bourbon, Campari and red vermouth – the very definition of exquisite!
