Authentically restored

We’ve called upon the most renowned names in architecture and design to embark on this journey of transformation with us. Pierre-Yves Rochon for seamlessly reimagining the interiors from classic to contemporary, creating an exclusive world where guests feel they truly belong. An institution in its own right, the bar is being refashioned by Martin Brudnizki with the glamour of the 1930s setting the tone.

A new era of glamour

Get set to encounter our new Vesper Bar, featuring movie-star looks and a supporting cast of talented bartenders, curated by our award-winning head bartender Lucia Montanelli. Sip signature cocktails inspired by The Dorchester, surrounded by Martin Brudnizki’s interpretation of the 1930s at the height of their spirited style. Turn up in time for Martini hour, stay for an evening of uninterrupted elegance.

Respect for cherished eccentricities

Our new designs showcase a soft colour palette, inspired by English artists over the course of history. Elegant rooms and suites featuring soothing hues of pale leaf green and rose fog pink, to heather blue and lemon yellow, will offer a sense of being within your own private London residence.

Renovated rooms and suites will be unveiled as of March 2023.

Our hotel is firmly rooted in the heart of London and is an integral part of the essence of the city. We look forward to having you enjoy the reimagined spaces as of January 23 when we reveal our stunning new ground floor.

We’re getting set to unveil a unique contemporary art collection, curated by VISTO. The works will lead you on a journey, like passing through a perfectly curated British gallery. At every turn something to delight, surprise and challenge perspectives, from Sophie Coryndon’s gold honeycomb to Christian Furr’s Serpentine landscape.

Introducing our cake and flower boutique

A brand new space, Cake & Flowers, will be dedicated to showcasing the talents of our in-house designer florist, Philip Hammond, and executive pastry chef, Michael Kwan. From its own dedicated entrance on the corner of the hotel our boutique’s window displays are set to become the talk of Mayfair, filled with signature cakes and pastries, beautiful bouquets, and gorgeous gift ideas including hampers, champagne and artisan chocolates.
