The skill and expertise of Giuliano Morandin and his team means that each cocktail is presented impeccably and with originality. Bellinis are poured from beautiful bespoke teapots and Mulitos drunk from South American mate pots.
There are even recipes from legendary mixologist, Harry Craddock, widely regarded as being single-handedly responsible for championing the craft of British cocktail making and the original head bartender at The Dorchester when the bar opened in the 1930s. Each drink created at The Bar is poured into bespoke glassware created especially for the hotel by John Jenkins and Sons.
The Bar at The Dorchester is open Monday – Saturday from 12pm – 1am and Sunday from 12pm – 12am.
