We’re delighted to introduce an elegantly informal summer menu for The Dorchester Rooftop devised by Jean-Philippe Blondet, executive chef of Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester, and executed by head chef Bastien Bertaina. Inspired by flavours of the Mediterranean, we present seasonal, flavoursome dishes with a creative twist.
