7 ways to celebrate Wellness Month at Hotel Bel-Air
Calling all wellness enthusiasts, we’re dedicating August to wellness with a selection of healthy activities for you, from yoga in our glorious gardens to nutritious dining experiences ‒ let’s all feel our best this summer.
1. Strike a pose
Throughout August, our celebrated yoga instructor, Amy Bishop, is hosting yoga classes in our secluded gardens for you to enjoy. Guests and non-guests alike are invited to join her from 10 – 11am. We’ll supply the mats, blocks and water, so all you have to do is bring yourself.
2. Hike around Los Angeles
Hiking is great way to get to know LA while enjoying the beautiful year-around sunny weather. Some of our favourite hikes include: Griffith Park, Topanga State Park, Solstice Canyon and Malibu Creek Park. We can also pack you a delicious picnic to feast on as you admire the amazing views, or take it to the beach after your hike.
3. Vegan tasting menu
Hugo Bolanos, our executive chef at Wolfgang Puck at Hotel Bel-Air, has created a special vegan tasting menu, showcasing the best of California’s produce from our local farmers’ market. Another super-healthy choice from our à la carte menu is the popular crudité bowl.
4. Wellness your way
Align your chakras and soothe your mind from the comfort of your room or suite. Our in-room yoga experience makes it easy to maintain a healthy lifestyle on the road and includes freshly-pressed juice and nutritious snacks to put an extra spring in your step.
5. Kickstart your day
Our wellness shots at Wolfgang Puck at Hotel Bel-Air are a wonderful way to start your day. They come in colourful array of tempting choices, with favourites including custom blends like carrot, apple and cantaloupe; strawberry and watermelon; and honeydew, pineapple and ginger.
6. Clear your mind
During Wellness Month, we highly recommend some well-deserved indulgence at our spa. You’ll find a varied selection of treatments designed to relax and rejuvenate you. A particularly great choice is our Clear Your Mind treatment, which will help you unwind, refocus and get you back on track.
