Cent’anni Negroni
In 2019, to celebrate the centinary of Count Camillo creating the first Negroni, our Principe Bar manager Daniele Confalonieri created the Cent’anni Negroni. Daniele’s twist on the classic is a revised version featuring a fiery kick of ginger and Campari. If you’re already a fan of the original Negroni, this one is well-worth a try.
Ingredients – Ramazzotti Il Premio, Campari, Del Professore rosso vermouth, Domaine de Canton, ginger liqueur and ginger beer
Hotel Principe di Savoia
All You Need Is…A Cup of Tea
Head of bars Lucia Montanelli and her talented team have created many cocktails inspired by memorable moments at The Bar at The Dorchester. Their signature All You Need Is…A Cup of Tea tipple was inspired by The Beatles taking afternoon tea at the hotel and, of course, the title of one of their most famous songs.
Ingredients – Old Tom gin, Solerno, St Germain liquer, Noilly Prat Ambré vermouth, acacia honey, The Dorchester clarified milk tea punch

Negroni bergamot and basil
Given the exceptional popularity of the Negroni cocktail, our bar manager at Il Giardino Bar decided to create a special version. Sipping the cocktail you will taste the unmistakable Italian aroma, with notes of bergamot and fresh basil, alongside the spiciness of classic Italian vermouth. We think it’s set to be a new classic.
Ingredients – Tanqueray No. 10 gin, Antica Formula vermouth, bergamot liqueur, Campari, fresh basil

Star on Sunset
When a Hollywood star asked Luis Hernandez, our Polo Lounge bartender, to create a cocktail for her using her own tequila brand, he was more than happy to help. Luis immediately thought of the Hollywood Walk of Fame and reimagined a classic margarita by adding a touch of spice and calling it Star on Sunset. The Hollywood star was delighted with the result and we think you will be too.
Ingredients – 818 Tequila Blanco, fresh mango, lime, agave and spiced Tajin for the rim
The Beverly Hills Hotel

Southside
Inspired by 45 Park Lane’s Art Deco heritage, we’ve recently created a series of special cocktails at BAR 45 to celebrate the hotel’s tenth anniversary. The bartenders delved into the archives to revive classic cocktails from the 1920s and 1930s, each served in original Kimura Japanese glassware based on the style of that era. Southside is believed to be named after either South Side Chicago or the Southside sports club on Long Island and was particularly popular during prohibition in the US.
Ingredients – Monkey 47 gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and fresh mint leaves

Monroe’s Passion
For Micah Paloff, director of food & beverage at Hotel Bel-Air, their Bar & Lounge signature cocktail has to be Monroe’s Passion. Created as a homage to Marilyn Monroe, whose final photo shoot took place at the hotel, it’s a refreshing blend of rum and fruit juice, with a touch of heat from a dash of chilli.
Ingredients – Passion fruit rum, ginger juice, lime juice, chilli syrup, orange juice, passion fruit juice and cranberry juice.

Marmalade Martini
When joining us at The Bar at Coworth Park, we recommend our delightful Marmalade Martini made with tangy notes of pink grapefruit, a splash of gin and vermouth, and a spoon of orange marmalade. The cocktail was created in honour of HM The Queen’s 90th birthday celebrations, some of which took place at nearby Windsor. The drink was inspired by her majesty’s her favourite tipple and the fact that she is said to enjoy marmalade on toast for breakfast.
Ingredients – Gin, Lillet Blanc, pink grapefruit juice, Seville orange marmalade, champagne and a grapefruit twist garnish.
Coworth Park
Espresso Martini
At Le Bar at Hôtel Plaza Athénée, bar director Benoit Marin and his team regularly serve up Espresso Martinis, which make a great alternative to an after-dinner coffee. Their own twist on this classic cocktail includes the addition of a delicious homemade pecan syrup. Guests often comment that their cocktail tastes particularly good without knowing what the special ingredient is.
Ingredients – Belvedere vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso shot and homemade pecan syrup.

228
The 228 has been a signature cocktail at Le Meurice for years and remains a firm favourite of many of our guests. Its lively champagne base reflects the refined French style of Le Meurice and the name is in honour of the hotel’s Bar 228 and prestigious address on rue de Rivoli. It’s been described as smooth, subtle and a real pleasure to drink and we couldn’t agree more.
Ingredients – Pear liqueur, lychee liqueur, pear coulis, champagne and raspberries.
