For a memorable summer moment, Adam Smith is hosting a pop-up ‘Dining Under the Stars’ experience, in collaboration with Dom Pérignon. Settle into a scenic geodesic dome in our picturesque lime grove and indulge in an exquisite dining experience like no other.

Secluded setting

The domes are perfectly positioned so all you can see is the surrounding countryside. Candles and twinkly lights add to the intimate atmosphere. Opt for a romantic dinner for two or for a party for up to 10 people. We’ve already had a successful marriage proposal, and with our Dom Perignon paired menu there’s always something to celebrate.

On the menu

The bespoke menus are named after and inspired by constellations, a nod to the wonderfully remote setting, and a telescope lets you explore the galaxy in more detail. Delicious dishes include langoustine with tomato, kimchi & ginger; Kentish lamb kebab with buttermilk, salted cucumber and mint; and mango & coconut sorbet with lime and chocolate mint. There’s also an enticing afternoon tea menu.

It’s been wonderful to see the reaction from guests who’ve really enjoyed the beautiful countryside location, and the pairing of Adam’s incredible food with Dom Perignon’s fine champagne.
