A year in the life of Hotel Eden
What a difference a year makes! Following the 17-month restoration of the entire property, Hotel Eden has now been reopened for a whole year. To celebrate this major milestone, we’re taking a look back at some of our highlights over the past 12 months. It’s a chance to share with you some of the many special moments we’ve shared.

The hotel by numbers
We regained our Michelin Star at La Terrazza just seven months after reopening, a real achievement by our outstanding executive chef Fabio Ciervo.
9000 roses have been artfully arranged and carefully placed in guest rooms and suites.
Romance is alive and well with 200 weddings anniversaries being celebrated at the hotel in the last year. We also played our part in arranging five unforgettable wedding proposals, resulting in five very happy engagements.
Our busy concierge team bought over 1000 tickets for guests to explore the world-famous Vatican Museums.
An impressive 950 of our much-loved Augusto lion mascots have left Hotel Eden to find a new home.
We’ve kept in regular contact throughout the year on social media and received an incredible 120,000 likes. Our most popular post was this team video, if you haven’t seen it do take a look.
