1. What are the accessible guestroom features?
Our guestrooms feature a lowered entry door viewer, accessible safe and wardrobe rack, light-up vibrating alarm clock and telephone with large buttons for the hearing impaired upon request.
2. What are the accessible bathroom features?
The accessible bathrooms in our guestrooms are spacious enough for wheelchair access, and feature a range of facilities including a handheld showerhead, roll-in shower stall with bathroom seat (rooms 232, 332 and 432), walk-in shower area with bathroom seat (rooms 263 and 463), and grab handles near the bathtub, toilet and shower.
3. Do you have mobility aids?
Yes, we’re happy to provide a wheelchair on request.
4. Do you have anti-allergy bedding?
For your most comfortable night’s sleep, we’re pleased to offer a pillow menu for choosing your perfect bedding.
5. Are the public areas accessible?
With the exception of La Terrasse Montaigne, all public areas are accessible to wheelchairs and feature wide corridors and entrances. There are also elevators with braille buttons located near accessible rooms.
6. Are the bathrooms accessible?
All the public areas in the hotel have an accessible toilet.
7. Is there accessible parking at the hotel?
We don’t have parking spaces immediately outside the hotel, however our valet team can collect and return your car upon request.
8. Can I bring my service dog?
We’re pleased to welcome all service dogs at the hotel.
