The evening begins with a canapé reception, setting the stage for a night spotlighting the art of pairing. You'll then be seated for a thoughtfully designed menu by chef Martyn Nail, including roast scallops, line-caught Cornish turbot, and a sublime strawberry pavlova. Each dish will be expertly paired with the luminous cuvées of Ruinart, the oldest established champagne house.
