45 Park Lane is celebrating the 86th Academy Awards® with red carpet dining fit for the stars. This year marks the 20th anniversary of acclaimed chef, Wolfgang Puck catering for the star-studded Governors Ball following the Academy Awards - Hollywood’s biggest night of the year. In honour of this, a special Oscar®-inspired menu will be served at CUT at 45 Park Lane. All the featured dishes have been previously created by Puck for Hollywood’s elite and served at past awards galas.

Wolfgang Puck’s Oscar®-inspired menu will be available both at CUT at 45 Park Lane and as part of the in-room dining menu from February 27 until March 2 2014. The dishes, which will appear as à la carte options alongside the standard menu, include delectable dishes such as steamed red snapper, Thai spice chicken pot pie, and black truffle chocolate soufflé with chocolate.

Bar 45
