Our coaching is suitable for all leaders, with all levels of experience. First we begin with a complimentary ‘chemistry session’ to establish your goals, before progressing with regular sessions or at a slower pace – it’s entirely up to you. With our teams at Dorchester Collection we recommend once per month.
OUTCOMES
A continual learning process
Forming positive habits can take time and perseverance. At each session we’ll review previous aims and outcomes to review how we can continue to help you further develop and improve.
