For our latest Veuve Clicquot gourmet dinner (October 24), at Hotel Eden’s La Terrazza restaurant, we have a trio of talented chefs working away to bring you an exceptional menu. Ahead of this event, here’s a little taster.

Meet chef Fabio Ciervo
Our executive chef at La Terrazza has a strong food philosophy based on the five pillars of: innovation, wellness, ingredients, taste and art. His creativity shines through with delicious flavours and health conscious ingredients, which have earned him a well-deserved Michelin star.
Meet chef Iside De Cesare
Iside Maria De Cesare was born in Rome so it’s wonderful that she’s returning to the city to cook at La Terrazza. Her Michelin-starred La Parolina restaurant, which she runs with her husband, Romano Gordini, specialises in locally sourced produce.


Meet chef Angelo Musa
As the executive head pastry chef at Hôtel Plaza Athénée in Paris, we’re delighted to be working with Angelo Musa. The former World Pastry Champion, and winner of the highly-acclaimed Meilleurs Ouvriers de France, has an enviable reputation for giving classic desserts a fresh twist.
