1. What time is check-in/out?
Check-in is available from 2pm and check-out by 12 noon.
2. Can I check-in early?
If you’ll be arriving early, we’re pleased to offer early check-in upon availability. However, to guarantee availability during busy periods, we recommend you book the previous night.
3. Can I check-out late?
We’d love for you to prolong your stay with us. Subject to availability, late check-out before 4pm is charged at an additional 50% of your room/suite rate, and 100% thereafter.
4. Can I depart early?
We understand that plans can change. If you’ll be leaving the hotel before your check-out date, this is charged at one night’s room rate (including tax).
5. Can I add an extra bed?
If you’d like to add an extra child’s bed or cot (under two years) in your suite, we’ll be happy to arrange this with our compliments for Junior Suites and above.
6. What is the dress code?
We have a ‘smart casual’ dress code at Il Giardino Bar and Il Giardino Ristorante where we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing caps, sportswear or flip-flops. At La Terrazza we have a smart dress code where we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing caps, denim, t-shirts, sportswear, shorts or flip-flops.
7. What is the smoking policy?
For the comfort of our guests, we have a no-smoking policy inside the hotel areas, but you are welcome to smoke in our dedicated outdoor smoking area on the Il Giardino Ristorante terrace.
8. What is the photography policy?
Please note that unplanned and unauthorised professional photoshoots or video shoots in the hotel public spaces or outlets are not permitted.
9. Can I bring my children?
We’d love for you to bring your little ones to the hotel. If dining at La Terrazza we welcome children aged six and over, and at Il Giardino Ristorante and La Libreria we welcome children of all ages.
10. Does the hotel allow pets?
We’re pleased to welcome up to two small dogs (max 7kg/15lbs) for €35 per day (to cover a deep-clean post-stay). Your special guests will even be spoiled with a dog bed, bowl and treats throughout their stay.
We do ask that they remain in your room while you visit Il Giardino Bar, La Terrazza and the spa, or in a carrier at Il Giardino Ristorante and La Libreria. Please also keep them on a leash or carrier when moving around the hotel. Our concierge team can arrange a pet-sitter if you need one – just give us 24 hours’ notice.
We’re sure they’ll be on their best behaviour, but please take responsibility for cleaning up after your dog and minimising barking. You will be charged for any dog-related damages.
Of course, service dogs are welcome throughout the hotel.
11. Is the hotel accessible?
We have four rooms with wheelchair access at the hotel, each with wide doors and handrails in the bathrooms. Both La Terrazza and Il Giardino Ristorante and Il Giardino Bar are accessible for wheelchair users.

12. What are the parking options?
We’re pleased to offer private parking at the hotel, starting from €65 per day.
13. What are the bed sizes?
Our generously sized beds at Hotel Eden are designed entirely around your comfort. For an indication of measurements, please see below:
King-size – 180/200 x 200cm (71/79 x 79”)
Queen – 160/180 x 200cm (63/71 x 79”)
Twin – 180/200 x 200cm (71/79 x 79”)
14. Which TV channels are available?
We’re pleased to offer an extensive selection of international TV channels in your room.

15. What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept cash, American Express, MasterCard, VISA, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay and Bancomat. Unfortunately we cannot accept payments by cheque.
16. Is tax included?
10% tax is not included in the rate, and an additional city tax of €7 per person, per day applies. City tax is waived for children under 10 and for long stays of 10+ nights. A discretionary 5% employee benefit charge will also be added to your final bill.
17. Does the hotel take group bookings?
