Adam Smith is our creative force in the Restaurant Coworth Park kitchen. To get to know the man behind the menus, we asked him to share his remarkable journey from pot-washer to executive chef, as he tells us what it means to earn a Michelin star for the second year running.

Please note Restaurant Coworth Park will be operating reduced opening hours from Monday, January 6 until Wednesday, January 29. The restaurant will be closed for dinner on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and for lunch on Fridays.

The dress code is smart casual, therefore smart denim is permitted; and while we do not insist that gentlemen wear a jacket and tie, we do request that all guests refrain from wearing shorts, baseball caps, training shoes or flip flops.

Henschke wine dinner

What began as a humble family vineyard in 1862 is today one of the most recognised names in Australia’s Eden Valley: Henschke. We’re delighted to welcome their team, who tell the story of the ultra-premium brand and present a selection of wines for you to try. To complement the wines, each glass will be beautifully paired with a seasonal four-course dinner menu created by executive chef Adam Smith.

Lavender Green Thanksgiving masterclass

Just in time for a Thanksgiving dinner party, we invite you to a creative masterclass in the Oak Room with the team from Lavender Green flowers, to create a beautiful autumnal arrangement including autumn coloured foliage, chestnuts and oak leaves. Over two hours, they will share their expert tips for the festive season, taking you through all the steps, provide you with all the tools and materials, and show you how to create your own stunning table centre to impress your guests.

Tasting table with Adam Smith

For a dinner party with a Michelin-starred twist, executive chef Adam Smith invites you to a unique private dining experience in the Conservatory, created entirely around you. Ahead of your visit you’ll have the chance to share your taste preferences, leaving him to curate a six-course tasting menu for you and your guests. To complement each dish, sommelier Alex Gilbert-Petz will also choose the perfect wine pairings.

Adam Smith Masterclass

Adam Smith opens up the kitchen to host an exclusive cookery class, giving you the chance to learn expert tips from our Michelin-starred chef. After a champagne reception, you’ll help prepare a delicious three-course lunch with seasonal ingredients, including freshly-picked herbs and flowers from our estate. Finally, it’s time to enjoy the fruits of your labour in the Restaurant Coworth Park Conservatory, perfectly paired with selected wines.
