Easter lunch and dinner

Executive chef Adam Smith brings a modern twist to traditional Easter favourites this year, with an exquisite three-course menu of seasonal cuisine. Discover dishes such as new season lamb with wild garlic, and Cornish turbot with salt-baked celeriac. To finish, be tempted by a sweet selection including sticky toffee pudding and blood orange with shortbread.

Easter Best of British lunch and dinner

Bringing fresh, seasonal cuisine to the table, executive chef Adam Smith has sourced the finest local ingredients to create a special Easter menu for lunch and dinner. This April features a focus on seasonal tarts, as Adam adds his creative twist to new flavour varieties, including his particular favourite – chocolate.

Brännland cider dinner

You may have heard of ice wine, but now Andreas Sundgren, founder of award-winning Brännland, reveals a drink you may not have tried – ice cider. Made with frozen apples, it’s a sweet incarnation of this modern classic, which was first created as a batch of just 500 bottles in Northern Sweden and today fills 90,000 bottles a year. We’re delighted to welcome Andreas who shares the brand story over a four-course dinner with ice cider pairings.

The Hugel family has been making wine for centuries, passing the tradition down through the generations to become one of the most prized producers in the world. We’re delighted to welcome the 13th generation’s Charlotte Hugel, who reveals the extraordinary family history of the Alsace winery. You’ll also have a chance to try the wines, each chosen to complement a four-course dinner prepared by executive chef Adam Smith.
