DESIGN

Sheer splendour

The door marks your entry point to this world within a world, where everything centres around a grand Royal Table crafted from antique Breccia marble. Adorning the room with 20,000 gold leaves and a gilded ceiling, designer Remi Tessier has created a shining jewel of a restaurant, with a warm, convivial atmosphere.

LA PATISSERIE

A little of everything

Our chefs find their inspiration in traditional French recipes, such as their ‘L’Ambassadeur’ almond cake and the ‘Fontainebleau’ made with Ile-de-France milk. But our generous chefs didn’t want to limit their guests to only one dessert, so the menu itself is simply an indication of all the desserts that will arrive like magic on your table.
