LA PATISSERIE

The Great Dessert

Inspired by traditional recipes such as the ‘L’Ambassadeur’ and ‘Fontainebleau’, our generous chefs didn’t want to limit you to only one dessert – the menu is simply an indication of all the desserts that will arrive like magic on your table.

It’s important to remember that wine is not an exact science. For me, it’s about encouraging people to try something new and sharing the stories behind each one.
