Negroni Week at Il Giardino Bar

For one week in September, we’re taking part in the global celebration of the timeless Negroni with three deliciously inventive variations on the beloved Italian tipple.
Alongside the bittersweet classic, we’ll be serving up a verdant fig-infusion called ‘Grove’, an earthy tequila-based concoction titled ‘The Fifth Flame’, and a vibrant fresh basil and honeyed bergamot mix named ‘Virdi’s Negroni’. Each beautifully balanced drink has been specially created for Negroni Week, a worldwide event that not only honours the cocktail’s legacy but also raises money for charitable causes – with this year’s support going to Slow Food’s mission to foster a more sustainable, accessible and fairer food system for all.
