When creating our menus, our team is guided by three principles: authenticity, flavour and simplicity. Discover French brasserie dining at its most delicious.
DESIGN
A step back in time
Le Relais Plaza is one of the city’s last remaining Art Deco dining rooms, and its glamorous 1930s spirit lives on. Look out for Diane Chasseresse’s original frescoes alongside Lalique’s spectacular chandelier and engraved zodiac stained glass.
THE TERRACE
Dine on the avenue
Discover our elegant al fresco terrace where you can enjoy all your favourite brasserie dishes. It’s the place to be for watching the stylish catwalk of avenue Montaigne stroll by, against our enviable Eiffel Tower backdrop.
THE CHEF
Introducing Victoria Boller
After honing her craft in some of France’s most renowned restaurants, we’re delighted to welcome Victoria Boller to Le Relais Plaza as head chef. Drawing upon her Lyonnaise heritage, Victoria revisits great classics with curiosity, adding lively flavours and a contemporary twist to old favourites.
THE PASTRY CHEF
The 'Worls Best Pastry Chef'
Award-winning pastry chef Angelo Musa is the man behind our delicious desserts. He adds his own twist of personality to every creation, while ensuring flavours and textures blend in perfect harmony.
