Founded in 1818 by Nicolas Francois Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon in the village of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, Billecart-Salmon has remained family-owned for over two centuries, and is now led by the seventh generation. 

Celebrated for its uncompromising pursuit of purity, balance, and complexity, this is a special evening that pairs the very finest cuvées with an exceptional menu, crafted by Adam Smith.

Your evening begins with a welcome glass of champagne and nibbles in the Woven Conservatory from 7.15pm, followed by dinner in Woven by Adam Smith at 8pm.
