A taste of summer

Summer days call for something cool, sweet and refreshing, so we’ve created three wonderful vacherin glacé flavours to satisfy every taste.

Inspired by the classic French dessert, the ‘Raspberry Swirl’ features a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream, topped with crunchy meringue, and surrounded by a ring of fresh raspberries.

The ‘Tropical’ vacherin combines juicy mango and sweet sorbet with beautifully piped meringue and a sprinkle of lime zest.

And the ‘Black Forest’ blends all the timeless ingredients of a Black Forest gateau, from smooth chocolate ice cream to plump seasonal cherries, all garnished with a whirl of toasted meringue and shards of dark chocolate.
