Inspired by Sir David Tang’s love for literature, the Sonnets & Sunsets experience offers a moment to unwind after a busy workday with a bottle of wine, a delightful sharing platter and a chosen poem.

On Wednesdays, China Tang’s upstairs Art Deco lounge becomes Club Canard. A nod to Shanghai’s speakeasies, the evening features live jazz performances, sparkling champagne and the restaurant’s signature Beijing crispy duck pancakes.

The Grand Tier Brunch on Saturdays is a four-course theatrical affair, filled with China Tang’s refined dishes. From fresh salads to aromatic chicken, this tasting experience is accompanied with expertly mixed drinks and spectacular live music.
