Inspired by classic literature, our culinary team have created three exclusive dishes, all carefully crafted to represent each novel and paired with a selection of tea, a glass of Pol Roger champagne or Wild Idol alcohol-free sparkling wine.

For William Shakespeare’s Macbeth, our signature raspberry tart is designed with fresh hand-picked berries and a vivid red filling for a theatrical moment. Influenced by the refined elegance of Victorian London from The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde, our delicate cucumber and cream cheese finger sandwich is elevated with a hint of dill and lemon zest. And for a surprising flavour combination that imitates the twists and turns of Arthur Conan Doyle’s Sherlock Holmes series, savour our smoked salmon and Manuka honey sandwich.
