Simple, balanced and bitter with a touch of sweetness, the Negroni is a classic for a reason. Throughout September, we’ll be celebrating the Italian cocktail across four of our bars: Bitter Honey, Riviera Bar, Jara Bar and High Society.

In each one, you’ll discover three unique Negronis, each reflecting the bars’ spirit with a surprising twist.

Adding lemon, rosemary and even Parmesan, Bitter Honey pays homage to Italy in their creations, while Riveria draws on its Mediterranean roots to embellish the original with bitters, port wine and flavoured vermouth.

Jara reinvents the Negroni with unexpected ingredients like truffle tequila, squid ink gin and shittake mushrooms for a surprising, savoury digestif. And for an aperitivo poolside? High Society’s fruity infusions are inspired by mythological sun gods, where zesty yuzu and citrusy Japanese amanatsu bring fresh delight to each sip.
