Sculptural installation at The Lana

To celebrate the return of the Middle East’s leading art fair, Art Dubai, we’re delighted to unveil two new sculptural installations by Lebanese artist Foad Hamzeh, in collaboration with JD Malat Gallery.

Inspired by Arabic calligraphy and graffiti, Hamzeh’s striking work beautifully balances traditional practices with a modern expression. We’re pleased to showcase two of his magnificent silver sculptures – one placed at our entrance and the other on our terrace, beautifully framing the view of Downtown Dubai.

Curated by JD Malat Gallery to work within our contemporary and cultural setting, both swirling structures speak to Hamzeh’s experience while deeply rooted in Dubai’s heritage.
