Held in Riviera by Jean Imbert, this intimate dinner pairs exceptional vintages from Shaw + Smith (Adelaide) and Tolpuddle Vineyard (Tasmania) with a bespoke menu designed to bring out their most subtle, complex flavours. 

You'll enjoy Tolpuddle Vineyard's elegant chardonnay and pinot noir presented in rare side-by-side vintages, a meditation on the nuances of terroir and time. From Shaw + Smith, you'll savour the fine-boned, beautifully intense 'Lenswood Vineyard' chardonnay, as well as the acclaimed 'Balhannah Vineyard' shiraz.
