We’re delighted to host prestigious Spanish winery Tempos Vega Sicilia for an exclusive wine dinner at Jara.

Sample a curated selection of wine from their Macán and Tokaj-Oremus estates, as Pablo Álvarez, CEO of Vega Sicilia, shares his passion and expertise of the winemaking process.

Sip on Macán’s rich aromatic reds, shaped by the mild temperature and cool evenings of its high terraces in Spain's Rioja region, and savour Tokaj-Oremus’ sweetness, elegantly balanced with the natural acidity from its terroir around north Hungary.

This exclusive tasting experience is paired with our signature Basque menu, with chef Martín Berasategui in the kitchen to personally add his final flourish to each dish.
