Early check-in or late check-out can be requested up to 1 hour before/after standard times. Late check-out (until 4pm) is chargeable at 50% of the best available daily rate.

Check-outs after 4pm will be charged an additional night's stay. Please note that late check-outs are subject to availability, and it's unlikely that we will be able to accommodate them during major events or for high-demand units. If this is something you require, we suggest including an extra night in your stay on booking.

An extra bed is $35 per day, regardless of age. Sofa beds are complimentary (available in certain rooms only).

Bookings of six or more rooms are treated as group reservations.

Yes, up to two small dogs per room (under 7kg/15lbs) are welcome, at $150 per stay. We provide a bowl, bed and treats.

Breakfast is not automatically included in your room rate. Breakfast is served à la carte at The Restaurant, through 24-hour in-room dining, or a casual grab and go from The Pâtisserie; please check your specific rate for inclusions.

Parking is $70 per day.

Yes, sofa beds are complimentary and available in certain rooms and suites only.

Check-out is at 12pm (noon); late check-out until 4pm is available at 50% of the daily rate, subject to conditions.
