Our young and talented chef Alessandro Buffolino presents a brand new à la carte menu starring his very personal interpretation of classic Italian dishes with stunning presentation. Local and seasonal ingredients are used along with innovative techniques, in a perfect bond between tradition and modernity.

In Italian tradition, Sundays are a time for friends, family and loved ones to enjoy the pleasure of dining together. At Acanto Restaurant, chef Alessandro Buffolino makes every Sunday a wonderful occasion with his innovative twist on fresh fish, homemade pasta and a triumph of desserts. Live music completes the scene for a lovely end to the week.

Truffle dinner with Marchesi Antinori winery

We invite you to an unmissable evening of fine dining, as chef Alessandro Buffolino creates a menu based around Alba white truffle, an Italian delicacy. Using this prized ingredient, Buffolino creates dishes including fassona tartare and risotto to exalt the unique truffle flavour. Each dish will be perfectly paired with fine Tuscan wines from Marchesi Antinori, chosen by our sommelier.
