- TIMING Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 12pm
- EXTRA BED POLICY Additional costs or beds for children under 12 are complimentary, and we can arrange an extra bed in your room or suite for €100 per night (for guests from 13 years of age). Not available for some categories
- DINING DRESS CODE Smart casual in our bar and restaurants: we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing caps, ripped jeans, sportswear, trainers or shorts
- ACCESSIBLE ROOMS 12 accessible rooms are available
- SMOKING POLICY We have a no-smoking policy inside the hotel public areas, but you are welcome to smoke in our dedicated outdoor smoking area. Some rooms allow smoking, please enquire when booking
- PET POLICY We welcome up to two small dogs with a daily fee of €35 (maximum weight 7kg/15lbs)
- CAR PARKING Offered from €70 per day
- AIRPORT TRANSFERS Available from Malpensa and Linate airports
- TAXES Rates are per room, per night, including 10% tax and exclusive of an additional city tax of €7 per person, per day, and 5% discretionary employee contribution
