For positive impacts inside and outside our hotels

Empowering people, building communities

In our people-first culture, diversity, inclusion and belonging are core to our DNA – both within our hotels and in our local communities. We strive to create a workforce that reflects the diverse communities in which we operate and nurture a culture where they can be their authentic selves and reach their full potential.
Our purpose
The invisible force that drives us to care for people is achieving equitable outcomes by taking steps to remove barriers that have limited the progress of underrepresented groups.
Our communities
While committed to eliminating inequities for employees, we recognise barriers in wider communities. Through partnerships with charities and local schools, we support social mobility with career days, work experience, and volunteer opportunities. Employees also engage in fundraising year-round.

Through their partnership with UNHCR, Hotel Principe di Savoia provides jobs to refugees, helping them rebuild their lives and create safer, more stable futures after being forced to flee their homes.

The Dorchester and 45 Park Lane partner with Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice who offer expert and compassionate palliative care to over 350 critically ill children and support for their families.

Hotel Eden Rome supports Casa Africa's mission by volunteering to prepare warm meals for homeless refugees. Casa Africa also offers Italian lessons and trade training to help refugees build new lives.

Les Hôtels Solidaires, Le Meurice and Hôtel Plaza Athénée’s charity partner, redistributes uneaten pastries, hygiene products, and furniture to families in need, reducing waste and supporting the community.

Hotel Bel-Air partners with the LA Promise Fund, preparing underprivileged students for college and careers. Through their intern project, the hotel welcomes interns across various departments.

Coworth Park partners with the Ascot Day Centre, a charity providing a home-like environment for the elderly in Sunninghill, Ascot, and Sunningdale, offering social opportunities in a safe space.

Our suppliers

As we embark on our ESG journey, we have begun to track and measure spending on local suppliers as well as materials, broken down by renewable and non-renewable, recyclable or reclaimed materials. These are our first steps towards developing a supplier diversity and engagement programme.
