Throughout May, CUT invites you to taste the flavours of Tuscany with a refined set menu created in collaboration with two of the region’s most esteemed wine estates, Biondi-Santi and Isole e Olena.

The hillside wineries are known for producing remarkable wines that favour freshness and finesse. They’re also the estates behind exceptional Tuscan reds, including Brunello di Montalcino, Tuscany’s boldest and most famous Sangiovese red wine.

This rare partnership offers an exclusive pairing of Biondi-Santi and Isole e Olena vintages, each one carefully selected to complement CUT’s delicious three-course menu.

From fresh scallops and delicate lobster to premium Irish ribeye steak and creamy Basque cheesecake, delight in handcrafted dishes alongside the meticulous wines of Biondi-Santi and Isole e Olena all month long.
