From one of two intimate counters, watch Sushi Kanesaka's chefs, overseen by Coworth Park's executive chef Adam Smith, craft a menu that blends Japanese culinary artistry with modern British cuisine. 

The first counter seats nine, presided over by Sushi Kanesaka's head chef Hirotaka Wada, while sous chef Junki Kimizuka hosts just four seats at the second counter. Both see the evening unfold over a specially curated tasting menu that celebrates the finest seasonal ingredients.
