Summer on the CUT terrace
CUT’s sunny outdoor terrace has reopened for the summer, along with a British favourite – the temptingly crispy and wonderfully salty fish and chips.
Chef Wolfgang Puck and Culinary Director, Elliott Grover have taken the beloved dish and perfected it. Think fresh, flaky fish encased in a light golden batter with a pile of hot, fluffy thick-cut chips, served with sprinkles of sea salt and a dash of vinegar.
Whether you prefer to dine on CUT’s comfortable terrace or want it traditionally wrapped up and taken to nearby Hyde Park, fish and chips are best enjoyed outside in the great British sunshine.
