For one night only, Sushi Kanesaka welcomes two Michelin-starred chef Michael Wignall for a remarkable dining experience.

As the chef patron of The Angel Inn at Hetton, the UK’s original gastropub and a destination famous for its ever-evolving menu, Michael is an expert when it comes to creating dishes filled with flavour, texture and style.

For this exclusive collaboration, Michael joins Sushi Kanesaka’s head chef Hirtotaka Wada and sous chef Junki Kimizuka to present an exceptional dinner, where curated ingredients, technical precision and a shared passion for excellence come together through a series of creative courses.

With Hirtotaka at the helm of one counter and Junki at the other, Michael will roam between the two, adding his unique flair to every dish.
