For one night, Sushi Kanesaka pairs its Michelin-starred omakase menu with fine Japanese whisky from The House of Suntory for an authentic tasting experience.

Take your seat around our counter and sip on Suntory’s collection of Yamazaki Mizunara whisky. Aged in ancient Japanese oak Mizunara barrels for either 18 or 25 years, the amber spirit takes on the oak’s subtle notes of sandalwood and transforms into a silky liquid.

As time passes, the flavours deepen. Enjoy the rich cherry notes of the Yamazaki Mizunara 18-year old and savour the precious Yamazaki Mizunara 25-year old’s bittersweet orange, apricot and cardamom flavours.
