For one night only, we’re inviting six talented chefs into the kitchen for an exclusive dining experience at CUT.
The evening begins with a refreshing welcome cocktail, created especially for the occasion by celebrated chef and food writer, Mark Hix. Accompanied by a selection of exquisite canapés, each one has been crafted by one of the guest chefs and offers an exciting taste of what’s to come.
For the main event, enjoy five incredible courses designed by the exceptional Mark Hix, Tom Parker Bowles, Jack Stein, Sam White, Mitch Tonks and our very own Elliott Grover. Expect dishes like rich creamy risotto, fresh grilled seafood and tender beef cheek, all paired with elegant Tenuta dell’Ornellaia wines.
