• Guests ages 16 to 17: May receive approved massage, facial, manicure, and pedicure services with a signed Minor Consent Form. A parent or legal guardian must accompany the minor to the spa, complete the required paperwork, and remain on hotel grounds for the duration of the service.
• Body treatments, specialty treatments, or other age-sensitive protocols are exclusively for guests aged 18 years or older.
• Locker rooms, relaxation lounges, steam rooms, saunas, fitness facilities, and other adult spa amenities are exclusively for guests 18 years of age and older, unless you have specific approval from the spa team.
• Minor guests should be escorted directly to and from the treatment area and should use a private changing area or treatment room when changing is necessary.
• Minors may not remain unaccompanied in spa common areas before or after their service.
