End-of-summer barbecue

Our annual visiting chef series makes a return as we celebrate the end of summer with an al fresco dining experience. Served in a convivial setting on our Front Lawn, we invite you to share, sample and savour the very best the season – and LA’s food scene – has to offer. From perfectly charred smoked brisket and wood-fired fish to paella and refreshing salads, each dish is an ode to Californian summer.  

In collaboration with our culinary director, Joe Garcia, the line-up includes:
