At Hotel Bel-Air, our lush botanical gardens are our pride and joy. A secret paradise set in the canyon, where paths weave amongst tropical greenery and over still pools of water. So naturally, it’s the perfect place to host our exclusive floral masterclass, Spritz & Stems.

Set at golden hour by our legendary Swan Lake, the evening begins with charcuterie bites and a sparkling juniper spritz from No.3 Gin. With glass in hand, we encourage you to wander and discover our gardens, including our living wall of herbs where you’re welcome to pick a fresh garnish for your cocktail.

The workshop itself is led by an expert local florist, where you’ll learn how to arrange seasonal stems into a beautiful bouquet to take home, along with a No.3 Gin goodie bag.
