Culinary Collaboration

For one night only we’re delighted to welcome chef James Knappett to the CUT kitchen. Joining us from London’s two Michelin-starred Kitchen Table, he teams up with our own David McIntyre to present a creative six-course menu, for an exciting fusion of British and American-inspired cuisine. Each dish can be paired with wines selected by CUT’s Head Sommelier, Frederic Marti, and James’s wife and Kitchen Table sommelier, Sandia Chang, for a dining experience that’s not to be missed.

MASTERCLASS

Negroni Nights

We’re famous for Negronis at 45 Park Lane, so there’s no better place to celebrate 100 years of this classic cocktail. Join us in the Media Room for a masterclass with bar manager Francesco Orefici, who teams up with a Campari mixologist to present new ways to enjoy the simple yet distinctive trio of Campari, gin and vermouth. You’ll delve into the origins of the Negroni and try three variations, each paired with canapés prepared by executive chef David McIntyre to complement the flavours and aromas.
